Join us.What the role requires:A university degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field.A minimum of five years’ progressive professional experience in a large public sector environment in the design, development and implementation of organization-wide Organizational Development programs.Experience in corporate-wide strategy and program development in the areas of workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, onboarding, career management, and core competency development.Change management certification and experience.Combination of education and experience may be considered.Skills/Abilities:Experienced instructor and curriculum designer.Exceptional project management and change management skills.Strong facilitation skills and training in facilitation methodology.Excellent partnership and relationship-building skills.E-learning design and learning management system know-how (Articulate Storyline is an asset).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to learn new technology quickly.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.Nice to have:Leadership coaching certification.Be bold.
