We are recruiting for an Office Administrator (1 year temporary), based at our Calgary Solutions Centre. Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Centre, this front-line role will provide a variety of services within our Calgary Solutions Centre as well as providing online order support for our Edmonton 

Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and redirecting customer requests through the Spartan order inbox
  • Greet all incoming customers and guests in a professional manner, ensuring they have an appropriate contact and are signed in and out of the building
  • Coordinate and assist with set-up and clean-up for catered meetings, training and other company events
  • Provide effective office services support to all Spartan business units within the facility
  • Assist with maintenance, monitoring and ordering of stationery and office-related supplies
  • Provide back-up for all Office Services positions, as required
  • Filing, scanning, data entry and other office/facility related duties as required
     
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum academic credentials: High School Diploma
  • Exceptional customer service practices
  • Previous reception experience an asset
  • 1 – 3 years previous office-related experience
  • Computer application knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer focus; professional and pleasant
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good prioritizing, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
