Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Leasing Agent, located in Toronto Region, ON. The Leasing Agent will handle the end‑to‑end leasing process, including marketing rental properties, showing units to prospective tenants, and managing applications. Responsibilities include preparing and administering leases, assisting with property management duties, and providing exceptional customer service to current and future tenants. The Leasing Agent will also coordinate with maintenance teams to address property needs effectively.
