Outdoor Apparel Sales Manager – SOLAMODA Group Join SOLAMODA and shape the future of outdoor apparel as an independent contractor. Responsibilities Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada and the U.S. Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets. Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials and design. Stay ahead of market trends, conduct competitor analysis and understand customer needs. Collaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical production and quality support. Travel within North America for client visits, trade shows and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management or a related field. 5–10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear or related industries. Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals. Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America. Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America. Valid Canadian work permit and drivers license. Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. Fluency in English; French preferred for Quebec clients. Skills & Abilities Strong market research, data analysis and strategic planning skills. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools. Compensation Competitive salary, uncapped commission. Canadian Armed Forces Sports Coordinator The Canadian Armed Forces Sports Coordinator will coordinate the delivery and operation of the CAF Sports program, supporting all CAF Sports programs including the CAF Sports recognition program. Responsibilities Interpret and apply CAF Sports policies and recommend corrective procedures. Provide technical advice on organization and operation of CAF sports programs. Coordinate delivery of regional/national sports programs and manage volunteer work. Apply policies, procedures and regulations. Coordinate leagues, tournaments, championships, presentations and budget administration. Qualifications College diploma in Sports Administration, Recreation Management or related field. Several years of experience in sports and recreation administration. Bilingual (English and French) – reading, writing, and oral functional. Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership. Experience in planning and coordinating sports program operations. Sports Product Specialist Responsible for day‑to‑day sports betting operations, ensuring smooth processing of bets, monitoring odds and maintaining accuracy across various betting markets. Responsibilities Manage sports betting operations, including bet processing and odds monitoring. Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues. Ensure optimal user experience and maximize engagement. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in sports betting operations, casino operations or related industry. Degree or diploma in Business, Sports Management or related field. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under high pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate live sporting events. High knowledge of professional sports and online/retail sports betting. Familiarity with sports betting software and systems. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Nice to Have Additional skills in sports betting software/systems.
