CF Montréal Manager The Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and addressing the maintenance and landscaping needs of the Stade Saputo and the Nutrilait Centre. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as the individual may be required to work days, evenings, or weekends depending on the match schedule, season, and weather conditions. Responsibilities Oversee all activities related to the maintenance of CF Montréal sports fields and green spaces. Ensure top-quality facilities for athletes and users by continuously optimizing maintenance practices throughout the season. Plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance and improvement work for sports fields and landscaping. Ensure that fields comply with the highest standards and certifications of Major League Soccer, CONCACAF, and FIFA. Manage the seasonal opening and closing of fields by applying the appropriate products and fertilizers at the right time. Ensure the proper functioning and optimal maintenance of equipment, including mowers, heavy machinery, and the irrigation system. Supervise, motivate, and support the development of maintenance staff. Manage orders and track the necessary equipment and products. Collaborate closely with various departments to meet the Club’s needs. Participate in the planning and management of the department’s annual budget. Stay informed about trends and technological innovations in the field. Make recommendations to improve facilities and practices. Perform any other related tasks. Qualifications Proactive, resourceful, meticulous, solution‑orientated, and a strong team player. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports field management or the golf industry. Supervisory experience in landscaping or golf course management. University degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field. Knowledge of horticulture is an asset. Holding a CD4 or CD11 certificate for the purchase and application of products is an asset. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and perform under pressure within tight deadlines. Capacity to sustain a fluctuating schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the Club. Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. Valid driver’s license. Good physical condition with the ability to lift and carry heavy objects and remain standing for extended periods. Canadian Forces Sports Manager The Canadian Forces Sports Manager will plan, research, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage the operations and delivery of sports programs for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Sports program, develop, amend, implement, and interpret national/regional/international sports policies and procedures for the CAF, as well as evaluate, develop, and implement policy amendments regarding program liability. Qualifications Needed Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Administration, Recreation, Exercise Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent college diploma). Experience: Several years of experience in sports and recreation administration at the national or international level. Certifications: Current National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Level 3 Theory and Technical certification. Experience in coordinating leagues, tournaments, and championships, managing logistical support for sport venues, designing high‑performance training programs, budget administration, personnel administration, coaching, officiating, and public presentations. Competencies: Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership. Language: Bilingual (English and French) – Reading: Advanced, Writing: Functional, Oral: Advanced. Roku Merchandising Manager (Platform & Sports) The Merchandising Manager Platform & Sports will be a key member of Roku’s International Merchandising team, responsible for developing, executing, and driving content merchandising and editorial curation across Canada and other international markets, including Roku Platform experiences. Key Responsibilities Partner with merchandising teammates and cross‑functional counterparts to launch and manage content products across Canada and other markets. Create and execute on editorial plans for events ranging from global‑scale events like the Olympics to league‑specific games. Manage game‑day merchandising operations across the platform. Support content curation on platform experiences including What to Watch, Live TV, Featured Free, and the Roku Channel. Create merchandising strategies for seasonal holidays and trending global and local moments. Pull and analyze data to inform merchandising strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional team members from Product Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to drive best‑in‑class curation across the Roku platform in Canada. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in film, media, marketing, business or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in media content or product strategy, with previous experience in Sports FAST and/or Live TV. Strong knowledge of the media & sports landscape in Canada. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Airtable, and Confluence. Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed. In‑depth experience working with content management tools (CMS). Capacity for multitasking and prioritizing multiple time‑sensitive projects. Comfortable with analytics tools such as Looker and Tableau. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
