About the Role We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications initiatives that support our partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and brokerages. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong understanding of how to communicate value to business stakeholders in regulated industries. You’ll be responsible for shaping our B2B marketing strategy, building partner-facing content, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support growth. What You’ll Do Own the B2B marketing strategy across target verticals (insurance, healthcare, brokerage) Develop messaging frameworks and positioning tailored to employers, payers, and strategic partners Create and manage high-impact marketing collateral: pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and partner communications Execute email campaigns, landing pages, and outreach sequences Support sales enablement by producing tools and templates for commercial teams Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Growth, Clinical, Product) to align messaging with business goals and operational capabilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and differentiation Track and report on KPIs related to engagement, lead generation, and partner activation Manage execution across campaigns and coordinate with external vendors when needed What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or brokerage industries Proven ability to develop compelling content and messaging for business audiences Experience working closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, or other content creation platforms Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Segment) Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution Why Join Us Help shape the commercial voice of a category-leading healthtech company Work at the intersection of digital health, innovation, and strategic partnerships Join a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on impact and growth Competitive compensation, health benefits, and career advancement opportunities Ready to make a difference in the future of healthcare?
