**Job Overview**

This position calls for a blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and market analysis to effectively meet client needs and exceed expectations.

**Job Duties**
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients and market segments
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to shape strategies for account growth
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, account activities, and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client concerns quickly
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market insights, and business development initiatives

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is required**:

- Proven success in account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies within the staffing space
- Effective negotiator with a focus on win-win outcomes and long-term partnerships
- Skilled in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate market conditions and trends
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
