This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in building and scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, pre-seed AI startup environment. As the HR SME, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies while providing expert guidance to our growing team of interns.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of master-level interns in talent acquisition, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their recruitment capabilitiesDesign and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our quarterly intern recruitment cyclesOversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processesCreate and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our startup culture while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsPartner with senior leadership to develop strategic workforce plans and organizational development initiativesSupport broader People Operations initiatives as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a senior HR role within a startup or high-growth technology companyProven expertise in building and scaling HR functions from the ground upDeep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and modern recruitment technologiesStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirementsExperience with HRIS implementation and optimizationExceptional leadership and team management capabilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to execute tacticallyPreferred QualificationsProfessional HR certifications or interest in pursuing relevant certificationsExperience working with remote/distributed teamsPrevious experience in AI or technology startupsInternational HR experienceExperience in mentoring or training junior HR professionalsAdditional PerksBe part of the invigorating journey of a pre-seed AI startup in stealth modeEngage directly with senior management and strategic advisory board membersGain valuable experience in the bleeding-edge AI spaceRemote-first culture with flexible working arrangementsDEI and Workplace Safety: At Vosyn Inc., we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and supported.
