Position Summary This Channel Account Manager will own Trend Micro’s strategic relationship with Canadian channel partners. The role is responsible for developing and executing business plans, driving revenue growth, and positioning Trend Micro as the preferred cybersecurity partner for enterprise organizations served by Trend Micro’s premier partners. The individual will collaborate with partner leadership, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver joint solutions that address evolving security challenges including compliance, data protection, and risk management. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Trend Micro’s Canadian channel partners. Build and maintain relationships with executives, sales leaders, and technical influencers. Drive partner‑sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth within healthcare accounts. Deliver enablement programs and training tailored to each partner’s vertically driven teams. Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation. Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI on investments and programs. Act as a trusted advisor for each partner’s customers, providing insights on cybersecurity trends and best practices. Coordinate with Trend Micro’s internal teams to support the channel’s strategic goals and accelerate growth. Qualifications Proven experience managing partner‑specific relationships or similar large reseller partnerships in healthcare. Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks and cybersecurity requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST). Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and risk management priorities. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels. Minimum 7+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity and healthcare. Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred). Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite meetings and events. Must speak French.
