We specialize in placing short-term and seasonal employees, allowing you control over your schedule and a chance to explore a multitude of projects.We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors with both facility and pipeline construction expertise to oversee complex construction projects in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. This role involves managing construction crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate construction activities for facility and pipeline projectsOversee both above-ground facility construction and pipeline installation / maintenanceEnsure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirementsManage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across diverse project typesConduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocolsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractorsMonitor quality control and ensure work meets specifications for both facility and pipeline workMaintain accurate project documentation and progress reportsResolve on-site issues and implement corrective actionsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of construction supervision experienceCombined experience in both facility construction AND pipeline projectsOil & gas or industrial construction background requiredStrong knowledge of safety regulations and standardsValid driver's license and reliable transportationExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings, and pipeline schematicsExperience with project management softwarePreferred ExperienceSupervision of pipeline installation, maintenance, and integrity projectsFacility construction including processing plants, compressor stations, and pump stationsExperience with flare stack maintenance and industrial shutdownsKnowledge of pipeline welding and inspection processesFamiliarity with both greenfield and brownfield construction projectsRequired CertificationsH2S AliveStandard First Aid & CPR - Level CCommon Safety OrientationAdditional safety certifications as required by projectDrug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check may be requiredRequirementsAbility to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heightsComfortable working in confined spaces and around heavy equipmentTravel is required and certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out AllowanceWhat We OfferCompetitive wagesFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunity to work on high-profile projects with industry leadersWe appreciate and thank all applicants in advance for their interest in Sideworx Connect, however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
