**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Hourly Rate**: $16 per hour (Part Time)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in cleaning and supervision? We are currently seeking an Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility, overseeing a team of cleaners, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Inspect designated areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from administration, tenants, or customers.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the cleaning team.
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address cleaning-related needs and maintain a positive working relationship.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment such as auto scrubbers, extractors, and chemicals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
