Responsibilities
Working closely with the President to help facilitate the investment objectives of the TACADA Properties division including participation in acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, asset and portfolio management, research, and marketing.
  • Help create and maintain the targeted acquisitions pipeline, properties and people
  • Maintain working knowledge of transactions, projects, municipal bylaws, and asset class specific indicators in the marketplaces TACADA Investments has interest
  • Evaluate opportunities for acquisition, development, and disposition through sophisticated proformas as part of the total TACADA Investments portfolio
  • Complete and maintain market research programs for targeted acquisitions and opportunistic dispositions as well as impacts on the overall portfolio
  • Update portfolio values on a regular basis as market transactions occur, and review the portfolio as part of the Investment Policy Statement
  • Help build strategies based on the outcomes of strategic planning sessions
  • Create acquisition and disposition packages for review by the internal approval committees
  • Create, implement, and maintain budgets for the development of income producing properties and stabilized assets
  • Create sales and marketing packages
  • Work on project teams to provide assistance as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned;
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient experience in MS Excel and Google Docs
  • Excellent leadership skills
