Reporting to the Chief of Operations (COO), you will own on-time delivery, cost, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement in a growing, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop four core teams (~25 people):Purchasing & PlanningWarehouse & Material HandlingAssembly (modules and subassemblies build)Logistics & Outbound ShippingDirectly manage the Production Engineer to design and implement efficient processes, fixtures, tooling, and line layoutsEnsure on-time availability and quality of components sourced from Canada, USA, Europe, and our India facilityDrive implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in production with minimal disruptionOwn plant KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory accuracy & turns, labor efficiency, quality, safety, and total costIdentify and execute cost-reduction and process-improvement initiativesManage facility and equipment maintenance programsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and third-party logistics partnersPrepare and present weekly/monthly production reports to senior leadershipQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset)5–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in heavy equipment, truck/trailer, agricultural machinery, or automotive assemblyProven track record managing production, materials, and logistics in a build-to-order or low-to-medium volume environmentExperience managing Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECO process)Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable on the shop floor and equally confident presenting to executive leadershipWhy Join ODRA?Real opportunity to shape and grow a key North American facilityWork with a respected global brand that values innovation and qualityClear path for career advancement as the company continues to expandIf you are a hands-on, results-driven manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
