The ministry is seeking a Farm Ownership Compliance Officer to help ensure landowners meet the requirements of The Saskatchewan Farm Security Act and to maintain secure, accurate records essential to safeguarding farm land.The ideal candidate is a detailoriented administrative professional who is organized, independent, and capable of managing highvolume workflows with accuracy. Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret legislation and assess compliance, along with clear communication abilities to explain complex requirements to landowners, law offices, and corporate stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, databases, and mail merge processes is required, as well as the ability to manage confidential information with precision and integrity. Knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture or administrative processes is an asset.Candidates typically have a twoyear diploma in finance, business administration, agriculture, or paralegal studies, supported by experience in office administration, regulatory work, compliance, or administrative investigations.
