**What the day will look like**
- Managing our existing Farm book of business; building relationships with our existing clients and helping drive results by supporting and implementing initiatives that will increase sales and retention opportunities
- Provide knowledgeable insurance advice to clients on current prices, coverage, and opportunities in Farm, Small Commercial and Personal Lines
- Stay up to date with insurer market change and follow all insurer and Aon workflows to ensure accuracy and minimize E&O exposure
- Advise and process client requests in insurer portals and our BMS ensuring all underwriting criteria is correct and the client informed to ensure mutually agreeable outcome
- Upsell or cross-sell products/service to existing clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with specific targets
- Support the Regina office (Back up for reception, SGI Fleets and managing certain VIP clients)

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Provincial License required (multiple licenses is an asset)
- CIP designation or similar (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience
- Customer service orientation
- Professional, business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines
