It’s a fully remote position, working to Eastern Time Zone hours, offering the flexibility to make an impact from anywhere.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply todayResponsibilities:Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the network team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversightTake a hands-on role in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructureOversee the maintenance and optimization of enterprise network systems, including Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint, and SD-WAN solutionsManage and support Azure-based networking components and integrationsEnsure timely delivery of network projects, coordinating resources and communicating effectively with stakeholdersAct as the highest level of escalation for complex network issues, driving resolution and root cause analysisDefine and enforce network policies, standards, and security best practices across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of network architecture with business needsStay current on emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliabilityRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network management or leadership roleStrong hands-on technical expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint firewalls, SD-WAN, and Azure networkingProven track record of successful network project delivery and stakeholder communicationDemonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of network design, security, and performance optimizationExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectivelyStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneouslyRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Checkpoint Certified Expert) are a plusBenefits:Yearly BonusRRSPLife InsuranceMedical and DentalAll Certs Paid ForPTOSalary:$130,000 Base #J-18808-Ljbffr
