The team is seeking an experienced Network Manager to support the continued growth of its network department. It’s a fully remote position, working to Eastern Time Zone hours, offering the flexibility to make an impact from anywhere. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply today Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the network team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight Take a hands-on role in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure Oversee the maintenance and optimization of enterprise network systems, including Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint, and SD-WAN solutions Manage and support Azure-based networking components and integrations Ensure timely delivery of network projects, coordinating resources and communicating effectively with stakeholders Act as the highest level of escalation for complex network issues, driving resolution and root cause analysis Define and enforce network policies, standards, and security best practices across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of network architecture with business needs Stay current on emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network management or leadership role Strong hands-on technical expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint firewalls, SD-WAN, and Azure networking Proven track record of successful network project delivery and stakeholder communication Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of network design, security, and performance optimization Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Checkpoint Certified Expert) are a plus Benefits: Yearly Bonus RRSP Life Insurance Medical and Dental All Certs Paid For PTO Salary: $130,000 Base #J-18808-Ljbffr
