This position is open to residents located in Ontario, Canada only.
Overview:
This person will be responsible for managing Video Game card partners in the Blackhawk Network with their 3rd party gift card programs, both online and in retail stores, both B2C and B2B, across the U.S. and Canada. They will support the Sr. Partner Account Management (sales) team with the implementation of various omni-channel sales initiatives. This person will spend most of their time working directly with Sr. Partner Account Managers to complete all operational-related tasks as it relates to each executable initiative. This person will also spend time meeting with and on the phone with gaming card partners, as well as internal contacts across many disciplines, including accounting, customer service, and product.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and Support Tier 1 gaming accounts with direct communication to partners as needed
- Responsible for all operational tasks as it relates to gift card program management. This includes managing the product life cycle, inventory, coordinating and overseeing reset/project execution, merchandising coordination, distribution approvals, and internal account maintenance.
- Own card ordering and printing process by aligning with card partners and internal CPS team
- Manage and follow through on support tickets in order to resolve issues for partners
- Collaborate with various internal teams to execute initiatives and address partner concerns
- Ability to run sales reports for client meetings and weekly updates; participate on client calls and attend in-person client meetings and trade shows, as needed
- Update systems as onboarding steps are completed for retail accounts and new business
- Manage the operational tasks as it relates to the procurement, distribution, and fulfillment of promotional programs into retail stores, including displays and 3rd party fulfillment houses
- Capable of learning new product lines and understanding the various solutions BHN offers
- Be available to travel approximately 10% of the time
Qualifications:
**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills including time management and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to make decisions
- Ability to build trust with clients
- Comfort with managing through day-to day tasks with mínimal supervision
- Project management, problem solving and logistic skills
- Ability to understand and manage technical details of various programs
- Comfort with complex and intangible product concepts that are not yet fully formed
**Experience Required**:
- 3+ years’ experience of account management, project management, client services experience
- Active gamer and player of video games across various platforms preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Resident of Canada preferred
