Territory Sales Manager – Edmonton, AB Resideo is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to increase market share and build long‑term customer relationships in Edmonton, Alberta. Job Duties Increase market share by converting potential customers to Resideo customers. Strengthen current customer relationships through service support, follow‑up calls, and education on new product lines. Proactively drive market intelligence gathering, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins. Ensure positive relationships within the Resideo organization to encourage team sales and priority service for customers. Implement customer training programs to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in in‑home comfort, HVAC, plumbing, security, fire/life safety, Smart Home/IoT, or low voltage. Proven track record of managing and selling in a distribution model. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel per business needs. Preferred Skills Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills. Ability to learn quickly and think outside the box. Strong work ethic and high business ethical standards. Well‑oriented customer service, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, independent worker with a team‑first mentality. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. French‑Canadian language skills (written and spoken).
