Territory Sales Manager for a $20 Billion Manufacturer of Green Technologies, with the #1 products in the marketplace.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a regional territory by both nurturing existing accounts as well as building new relationships. This is a highly consultative sale in a well-established territory with a strong sales pipeline–and lots of room for growth Additionally, you will capitalize on established relationships with current major distributors and accounts to enhance overall territory growth and success. End-user customers include highway fleet, construction, mining, agriculture, marine applications, oil & gas, etc.
Alberta is experiencing massive growth - up 19% last year alone - and there's still plenty of room to run. With $10M+ in existing business split across North and South territories, your focus will be on strengthening customer relationships and expanding into new accounts. This isn't a startup territory - it's a high-performing market that hasn't had consistent attention, which means major upside for someone who can get in front of clients and drive momentum. Travel is 30–50% depending on your location and is entirely at your discretion, giving you the autonomy to build relationships and drive growth on your terms.
- Current book of business includes several large distributor accounts with a robust sales pipeline.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $80-90K (depends on experience, location, etc.) + quarterly sales incentives to make up to $125K-140k (uncapped).

The Right Background:
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling through distributors.
- Hunter mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
