Responsibilities Support Life Advisors in achieving annual growth targets through sales and retention alongside a team of administrators Work with various Life Insurance Companies and MGAs Deliver quality client service that meets defined service standards Collaborate with Advisors, Life Administrators and insurers to meet client requests for policy changes Assist with new business, in‑force and renewal processes, endorsements, summaries, statements and other tasks within the client policy life cycle Maintain high‑quality client files and documentation in the Broker Management System, ensuring industry‑compliant practices Complete client touch points throughout the policy life cycle Identify cross‑sell, renewal and conversion opportunities for the Life Advisor to support departmental growth goals Coordinate correspondence with clients, companies, MGAs and sales advisors Participate in company initiatives, personal learning and development throughout the performance cycle Qualifications Post‑secondary education Knowledge and experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Travel Insurance and Wealth products Bilingual is an asset Proficiency with keyboarding and MS Office Exposure to Epic is an asset Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Strong time‑management and organizational skills Conscientious and able to maintain confidentiality Life License is an asset Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
