**Responsibilities**:
An energetic and driven personality is what will allow you to play a pivotal role in our sales team. Your contribution would include focusing on both commercial and personal lines sales. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and _addressing inquiries or concerns promptly._
- Networking to generate leads while actively contributing to the growth of our company.
- Identify, prospect, and develop a client base for both commercial and personal lines insurance.
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive insurance proposals are provided _to clients._
- _Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company._
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and productive _work environment._
**Do You Meet Our Qualifications?**
- Minimum of 2-5 years of insurance sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance.
- Power Broker experience would be an asset.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- RIBO License is required.

**Salary**: $12,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
