As part of this role, you’ll oversee operations at both bases, supporting 6 Initial Attack Crews and ensuring seamless rotations while working from the main operations point in Merritt.The RoleAs an Initial Attack Fire Crew Supervisor, your responsibilities will shift throughout the year. In the spring, you\'ll focus on preparing for new staff and overseeing their training. During fire season, your role is to ensure the team is well-supported and performing effectively in wildfire response.
