Your responsibilities include:What a day at EXP has in store for youContact suppliers to resolve invoice issuesPerform daily analysis of vendor invoicesCollaborate with Billing and Cash Application DepartmentsIdentify discrepancies and duplicate payments through weekly vendor file analysisReconcile vendor statements and accountsReview and approve employee expense reports dailyConduct weekly cost analysesEnter Accounts Payable data into the systemReconcile vendor statementsRespond to vendor and employee inquiriesOrganize workflows to meet deadlinesProduce monthly AP reports reconciling Vendor Vouchers with the General LedgerPerform other duties as assignedWhat your experience looks likeCollege Diploma or University Degree in accounting or financeKnowledge of CRA’s Sales Tax regulations and applicationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail3-5 years’ experience in Accounts PayableProficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (advanced skills required)Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, including occasional extended hoursExperience with Deltek/Vision (considered a strong asset)Bilingual in French is requiredAbout the companyEXP provides engineering, architecture, design, and consulting services to support the world’s built and natural environments, driven by innovation, partnership, and a commitment to sustainable solutions.NoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
