Manager IT Service Delivery – Digital Healthcare Technology The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) invites applications for a Manager of IT Service Delivery in Digital Healthcare Technology. The role is a leadership position within the Client Engagement and Service Delivery team of the Specialized Claims and Recovery Services (SCRS) division, responsible for delivering technology solutions that support WSIB’s Health Technology Roadmap program. Job Summary Manage a portfolio of IT service delivery initiatives, leading planning, resource management, and execution of business applications, systems, and enhancements across the organization. Provide technical and program leadership, ensure compliance with provincial and federal legislation, WSIB Corporate Governance, and privacy requirements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Major Responsibilities Plan, manage, and coordinate annual project and initiative planning, capacity management, resource allocation, and performance management for the service delivery portfolio. Oversee the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications and systems, ensuring functional, compliance, and interface requirements are met. Lead delivery teams, including solution architects, project managers, scrum teams, and programmers, to deliver high‑quality services using agile methodologies. Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes, leveraging metrics such as sprint burn‑downs, cycle times, and release plans. Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and external service providers, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with WSIB strategic goals. Support enterprise architecture initiatives and coordinate with IT Shared Services and EPMO teams to align technology priorities. Develop and maintain communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring transparency and alignment across business areas. Requirements 8+ years of experience in software development combined with a people‑management role. 3+ years of vendor management experience. 5+ years of IT financial management experience. 3+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies. 2+ years of experience in data and information management. Strong knowledge of digital health and healthcare technology in Ontario is an asset. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent. PMP, ITIL, or CSM certification preferred. Benefits Salary Grade: N10 (range $124,340.80 – $155,426.00). Defined‑benefit pension plan. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
