Benefits Competitive salary Be a Part Of Something Special Concierge style care Work with a great team Build meaningful relationships Make a difference in your community Help and serve others Work a flexible schedule, approximately 20 hours weekly or half‑time Have fun What You’ll Be Doing Recruit PSWs Maintain schedule for services Provide direction to PSWs and communicate with supervisors as needed to assure safe and effective coverage of client needs Use in‑house technology for case management and billing Communicate with clients and caregivers Support payroll and billing What We’re Looking For Experience supervising PSWs or equivalent Available evenings and weekends to take calls Attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer orientation Highly responsive to team members and clients Passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate Administrative experience, PSW certificate or nursing an asset Comfortable with technology Access to reliable transportation Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Solid computer skills Effective time‑management and organizational skills Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler, preferably in home health Flexible work from home options available.
