Superheat's commitment to advancing heat treatment is in our people.We are always looking for talented, innovative, and enthusiastic individuals to support the clients we serve and share our passion to continually push the industry.We are currently seeking an energetic and charismatic professional to join our Business Development Team in Western Canada.This position is based on a flexible hybrid work model which will include working from home or remotely and with the expectation to travel and/or attend in-person meetings in regional offices as required.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts with a focus on developing new clients, opportunities and our brand. Although having industrial experience is a plus, great interpersonal skills coupled with a passion for new technology and innovation is keyResponsibilitiesMarket research and development of a prospective client databaseResearch, identify and explore new business opportunities in conjunction with the marketing teamFormalizing account objectives and strategies with Sales and Regional LeadershipMaintain and manage accurate, up-to-date sales related activities in the CRMAchieving set sales targetsAssist in the setup of strategic alliances by identifying, attracting and qualifying appropriate installing partners in expansion marketsSupport the sales cycle including identifying opportunities, leads management, client education, presentations and deliver proposals and close dealsIdentify SH competitive advantage opportunities and work with Sales Leadership, Regional Management and estimating on bidding and closure strategiesSupport local tradeshows and customer sponsored eventsQualifications3+ years of Industrial Sales Experience selling into large complex organizations such as Oil & Gas, Utilites, and/or other major corporationsPosted secondary education in a related field (an asset but not required)Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of developing new clientsStrong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and presentation skillsUnderstanding of CRMAbility to travel within Western Canada (SK, AB, BC)Reside in Edmonton & Area, Fort McMurray & Area or Fort Saskatchewan & AreaCompetitive salary with performance-based wage increasesReimbursement for the cost of travel/per diemEmployer-paid benefits plan including Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, and EFAPOngoing training providedWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
