Position Details Echo NDE is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager to support our continued growth. This role will expand our presence in the Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) and Tank Inspection markets while working alongside a highly skilled operational and technical team. Responsibilities Grow revenues within the NDT and Tank Inspection sectors. Manage and execute all selling and growth objectives. Lead, direct, and administrate all sales and business development activities, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and objectives. Uphold company values and promote ethics, integrity, safety, quality, and corporate responsibility. Ensure clients receive quality services in a timely manner. Negotiate contract terms with clients and maintain compliance with risk‑management guidelines. Lead growth initiatives, including service line expansions and new client development. Develop and execute new client opportunities and service lines. Prepare winning bids and manage active pipelines. Support client management, maintain CRM model, and address client concerns. Requirements 7–10 years of business development experience in the NDT and Tank Inspection industry. Experience with large industrial clients and technical marketing. Strong track record as a business partner to senior management in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Success in solutions‑oriented sales to engineering and operating managers in large industrial companies. Experience with sales methodologies targeting enterprise to SMB customer segments. Proficiency in CRM and related sales systems. Hands‑on leadership orientation and performance‑focused mindset. Strong presentation, influencing, and communication skills across all levels. Ability to collaborate with colleagues to build a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment. Availability to travel up to 70% of the time. Technical undergraduate degree preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
