Purpose This role will support the Recovery & Remarketing department. Success in this role is defined by the ability to work as a team utilizing strong technical and decision‑making skills, and embracing change. It is a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adjust to the daily needs of the group. Responsibilities Collect recovery dollars on post charge‑off debts through settlements and short‑term payment arrangements. Assess files for legal action, agency assignments, and repossessions. Review credit bureaus and customer financial circumstances to determine the right course of action to recover outstanding debts. Collaborate with the repossession and remarketing team to determine if repossession of missing vehicles is worth pursuing. Review charge‑off files to identify previously conducted actions and determine the next course of action. Conduct skip‑trace activities to locate missing debtors and motor vehicles to maximize recoveries. Requirements Must be able to work between 7 am‑9 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays. Shifts will be determined on business needs and are subject to change. Confident judgment. Organized with excellent time‑management skills. Flexible and adaptable to constant change. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to cope with high pressure and tight deadlines. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent education required. 1–2 years of experience in recovery and remarketing or a related field. Intermediate skill set in Microsoft 365 and Adobe. Compensation Base salary starting at $40,000 annually. Competitive commission structure with performance‑based earning potential. Birthday off, paid. Paid wellness days.
