**Responsibilities**:

- Driving 15 passenger bus to transport Garden residential guests, primarily between Barrie and Newmarket on a daily basis.
- Transport residential guests to appointments as needed and as available.
- Provide daily reception in Club as needed when the Program Facilitator is in class or supporting Wellness. Greet all guests and direct them to the appropriate person and/or area.
- Provide reception coverage in Wellness as needed (lunches).
- Answer phones, handle inquiries, explain various programs offered, and take messages.
- Take deposits to the bank on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays as needed.
- Order and pickup management meeting lunches biweekly, normally Monday mornings.
- Alumni grocery shop Tuesday mornings.
- Ranch grocery pickup and deliver to Ranch Wednesday’s (with a student on food bank weeks).
- Garden shop Thursday mornings
- Filing A/R invoices, A/P payments, deposits, finance documentation, etc. on Friday mornings.
- Pickup office, class, cakes, maintenance, and other miscellaneous supplies as needed.
- Maintain the fresh coffee and the coffee station.
- Tidy kitchen daily as needed.
- Participate in fundraising event planning and execution as requested.
- Volunteer at bingo.

*Other related duties and special projects as warranted

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
