Guided by its deeply rooted core values and principles, Holman is continuously *Driving What’s Right*.*** Position intended to develop skillset & assess candidate capabilities in an operational environment.* Candidate will work directly in operational areas of Holman such as, but not limited to, Supply Chain and Driver Services.* Candidate can be a recent graduate, former Holman internship program, or have industry or related experience.* Special project work, seasonal work (Taxable Benefits) along with other duties, will be assigned as required..* Minimum 4 year University degree or Specialized College Diploma.* Highly organized, task-oriented and able to juggle multiple & conflicting priorities* Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required* Ability to influence internal and external customers to follow established processes and protocols, in a timely manner.* Understand IRS and CRA regulations for personal vehicle use, as it relates to providing taxable benefits information for vehicle usage for clients fleet drivers* Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and Windows XP* Previous workplace and/or co-op/intern experience in an operational environment.* Automotive experience is preferred (fleet, OEM, dealership, etc.)* Experience and ability to function with minimal supervision in a virtual work environment, staying on-task, managing priorities and communicating effectively with team members and vendors.## \*This is an 8 month contract\*#LI-CD1**Pay:**We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $54,610.00 - $77,825.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
