**Job Description** : Sole Mio Footwear is seeking a qualified and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Support the Operations Manager in running the operations side of the company
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage compliance for large retailers and chains
- Troubleshoot operations processes and improve them
- Manage company’s internal software system
- Create and maintain strong relationships with our clients and vendors across North America, and guiding them through any of their questions, requests, and needs
- Key Qualifications: _
- Fluent and articulate in spoken and written English
- **Very Strong** Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage clients and work well with others
- Strong self-starter; ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- **Excellent** organization skills; ability to manage several priorities and deadlines
- **Excellent** attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications: _
- Office Administrative experience
- French language skills
- Logistics experience

**Education** : Degree/Diploma in related field or equivalent education & experience
