Branch Manager - Contract Join to apply for the Branch Manager - Contract role at Dexter in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are searching for an experienced Branch Manager for a 12‑month contract at our Regina facility. Job Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the inventory control and warehouse teams, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all aspects of distribution. The role provides an opportunity to develop and mentor team members and foster a culture of inclusion and high performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse and inventory control staff. Oversee receipt, storage, handling, and redistribution of containers and products. Operate equipment safely and efficiently to move, store, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records, shipment documentation, and tracking systems. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Train, mentor, and develop warehouse employees to maximize productivity and performance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational accuracy and cost‑effectiveness. Perform additional duties as needed to support branch goals. Qualifications College degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field; or equivalent 10 years of related experience. Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in distribution, warehouse operations, or inventory management. Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills. Proven ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
