Job Purpose The Branch Manager leads in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity. They will oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow branch revenue. What you will do Increase sales and branch revenue. Profit and loss reporting and budgetary planning. Conduct operational reviews and process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Manage employee relations and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Oversee fleet management of construction equipment. Develop, implement, and train staff. Conduct audits. Skills Strong customer orientation. Conditions of Employment Minimum 4 years in outside sales with 3 years of direct managerial experience in construction or equipment rental, leading teams of over 10. Ability to travel when required. Valid class 5 driver’s license required; recent driver’s abstract will be required.
