Training Coordinator Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is an innovative and progressive leader in Indigenous health and family services. Location: Prince George, BC. Salary Range: CA$35.08/yr – CA$45.43/yr (Base pay). Employment Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week. About the Role: The Training Coordinator will support the educational development needs of CSFS staff and the communities we serve by customizing training and education programs, providing guidance on professional development opportunities, and overseeing learning management system tools. Responsibilities Assist in the educational development needs of CSFS staff and communities and customize training and education programs to fit CSFS and community needs. Provide guidance on professional development opportunities. Provide administrative support for LinkedIn Learning. Maintain and update the HRIS system and learning management system on an ongoing basis and make strategic suggestions to increase efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field preferred. Three years’ experience in an adult learning and development role. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Compensation & Benefits Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $35.08–$45.43 per hour. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicant’s role‑specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and consideration of market conditions and internal equity.
