The Opportunity:
- Assists in the educational development needs of CSFS staff and communities we serve and customizes training and education programs to fit CSFS and community needs.
- Provides guidance on professional development opportunities.
- Provides administrative support for LinkedIn Learning.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system and learning management system on an on-going basis and make strategic suggestions to increase efficiencies.

What You Will Bring to The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related preferred.
- Three years' experience in an adult learning and development role.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
