So, what does a Strategy Coach in a Business Coaching company for Tradies do?

Your role will be to ensure our clients have a world-class experience that results in them growing their profits, creating a better lifestyle for themselves, and growing as a person (nobody can improve their business without improving themselves).

You’ll be a “doer” and a “designer.”

The “doing” involves presenting coaching webinars, one-on-one coaching sessions, creating coaching resources, monitoring client engagement and results, maintaining our online coaching portals and Facebook Groups. You will step into a well-developed coaching system.

The “designing” involves a relentless focus on how we can improve our coaching systems to help our clients win even quicker. You’ll be amped to identify and implement business improvement projects.

Plus, you bring strong business acumen and an understanding of how a business works (things like gross profit, margins, profit and loss, and managing teams are second nature). Your strength in personal communication is crucial. Preferably in small to medium business settings. You may even have experience with coaching or training in the past and/or have an affinity with the trades industry.
