This position is a full‑time, on‑location 5 days/week role with a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year. Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and customers Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records and update customer files Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner. Review past‑due accounts and follow‑up with customers Support month‑end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for easy retrieval. Answer, investigate, and escalate as necessary, customer and vendor inquiries Experience A post‑secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field. 2–3 years general accounting experience, with a heavy focus on AP/AR. Strong working knowledge of Canadian GAAP. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, specifically with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas and functions).
