As a Visitor Experience Specialist, you will engage with visitors across multiple channels including in-person, over the phone, and on LiveChat. Visitors will look to you for trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance their stay in Banff National Park. Excellent customer service skills. Love being part of a team that likes to work hard and play hard. Passion for tourism and local knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise. Strong verbal and written communications skills with ease and comfort of English. Speaking a second language is an asset. Seasonal bonus when you complete your contract. 4 days on, 3 days off work schedule during peak season. Start dates between February – June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
