As a Visitor Experience Specialist, you will engage with visitors across multiple channels including in-person, over the phone, and on LiveChat. Visitors will look to you for trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance their stay in Banff National Park. Qualifications:

  • Pleasant, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanour.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Love being part of a team that likes to work hard and play hard.
  • Passion for tourism and local knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ease and comfort of English.
    Speaking a second language is an asset.
