Monitor and track operational budgets, providing insights on cost efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to maximize revenue. Continuously assess and improve machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource usage. Ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe work environment. Troubleshoot machining issues, provide technical direction, and implement solutions to enhance production capabilities. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of machinery, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition. Essential Skills 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment. Ability to manage operations and demonstrate strong machining skills. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques. Financial acumen with experience in quoting and budget management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
