Contract length: 12-month contract with potential for full-time employment.

Fully remote with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for building and operating the cloud platform and services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises technologies. The role involves ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficient service delivery through automation and SRE concepts. The engineer will monitor and maintain system health, work with cross-functional teams, establish design patterns, and participate in an on-call schedule for incident management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with AWS and enterprise Kubernetes platforms

- 5+ years in operational roles such as DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Software Engineer

- Proficient in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible

- Experience with tools like Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD

- Knowledge of SCM tools such as GitHub

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog

Nice to Have:

- Experience managing both Windows and Linux servers in production

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go

- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API

- Understanding of networking principles and common protocols

- Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow and PagerDuty
