Le Manoir Les Retrouvailles is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator / Rental Agent to fill a permanent, full-time position.
Salary to be discussedROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors
- Maintain good relationships with the residents
- Make appointments
- Prepare and send occasional mail outs
- Prepare rental contracts
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Update different administrative forms and documents
- Writing letters/documents and performing other clerical tasks
- A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
- Customer service experience an asset
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Excellent customer service
