This is a client-facing role for a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection of accounting and technology.Reporting to the President and CFO of The Corner Office (TCO), you’ll lead organizations through accounting system integrations and technology-enabled transformations that support scalable growth. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into practical, solutions that support long-term success.If you’re someone who enjoys leading complex change, working directly with decision-makers, and turning strategy into execution, please applyWhat You Will Be DoingLead and mentor team members in our Financial Technology division, driving delivery quality, accountability, and alignment with TCO’s strategic objectivesEvaluate accounting and financial technology platforms, working with vendors and internal teams to implement effective tools and workflowsPartner closely with the President and CFO on strategic initiatives, providing informed input and supporting executionParticipate in business development activities, including leading client discovery calls, assessing fit, and shaping solution approaches in collaboration with leadershipLead client onboarding and implementations, overseeing timelines, budgets, communication, and scope, and confidently managing scope changes as projects evolveDesign and deliver accounting system and integration solutions in collaboration with internal teamsOversee system configuration, data migrations, and post-conversion reconciliation to ensure successful outcomesDevelop and enhance financial reporting in complex environments to support client decision-makingAddress client challenges directly, setting clear expectationsRepresent TCO at industry events and with key partners to strengthen market presence and professional relationshipsWhat You Will BringStrong leadership presence with the ability to set direction, motivate teams, and lead with confidenceCross-functional thinking and sound judgment to improve efficiency across finance, technology, and operationsAn ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes and contributing to firm growth and strategyA coaching-oriented approach focused on developing team capability and future leadersConfidence managing client relationships, including setting boundaries and navigating scope changesEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related fieldCPA designation preferred; equivalent senior experience in financial systems, consulting, or business transformation will be considered10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, or business transformation rolesProven experience leading complex accounting system implementations, integrations, and data migrationsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, and navigate scope, budget, and delivery challengesWhat We OfferWork/life balance through a flexible work modelCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentCollaborative work environment with a diversity of assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr
