Coordinator, Knowledge Transfer Program

Job Description As the Coordinator, Knowledge Transfer Program, you will play a key role in the employee experience by supporting and coordinating the integrated vision for knowledge transfer between Lévis and Helsinki shipyards. Key Responsibilities Support the Director in coordinating all phases of the Knowledge Transfer Program, assist project development and monitoring deadlines and performance indicators. Coordinate and assist workers throughout the process of obtaining work permits in Finland and Canada, in collaboration with our immigration lawyers. Arrange travel and accommodation for workers as per HR guidelines – maintain calendars for workers rotations in Finland or Canada. Ensure all requirements and documentation are supplied and accurate. Maintain program trackers and perform regular internal audits to ensure program requirements are met. Support the follow-up of action plans after meetings. Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration or related technical field. Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in an administrative or related position. Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with immigration processes is an asset. Ability to work under pressure, stay focused, meet deadlines, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication and a strong sense of diplomacy. Strong level of communication in English and French to liaise with our Canadian and Finnish employees.
