And today, our goal remains unchanged: to continue pioneering innovation in beauty, while using our platform to make a difference. About the Role Reporting to the Paralegal, Brand Protection Manager. The ideal candidate will aid in enhancing the Paralegal’s effectiveness by focusing on anti‑diversion strategies, developing case information, evidence, and settlement options, as well as providing administrative support to the legal department. Responsibilities Communicates directly with external counsel as required to meet legal department needs. Carries out online searches and purchases for unauthorized resellers across all marketplaces and platforms. Conducts investigation into diversion and counterfeit activities. Drafts, edits, transcribes and lays out straightforward legal documents under the instructions of the attorneys in the legal department (diversion notices, correspondence, etc.) Maintains litigation case summaries through external counsel updates, trademark lists and outside counsel lists. In general, shows much initiative in meeting the Legal Department’s administrative needs, with guidance from counsel when required. Maintains and uploads onto template agreements developed and used by the Legal Department. Handles various highly confidential matters (discretion required). Completes special projects as needed. Qualifications Candidates must have a degree from an accredited institution and a strong academic background. 1‑2+ Years of experience in legal assistance a PLUS. Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols. Must be Fluent in French. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
