Join this team as a Bilingual Field Operation Specialist focused on B2B and Franchise partnerships. This remote role offers the opportunity to foster strong business connections with existing B2B partners, with a special emphasis on those located in Quebec and Ontario. Your pivotal role will involve cultivating and enhancing these business relationships, driving sales expansion by identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, providing solutions, offering guidance to maintain brand standards, and contributing strategically to the growth of these partnerships. This dynamic position necessitates regular travel to both established and new locations (50% of the time) across Quebec, Ontario, and Canada at large. The primary goal is to ensure swift and effective launches of these sites, equipping partners with the necessary tools to effectively represent the brand. DESCRIPTION
Collaborate in the establishment of new sites within the non-traditional business sector, involving substantial travel to new partner locations.
Coordinate with internal and external retail clients to facilitate all aspects of launching new B2B locations, including store setup, product inventory, partner training, sales reporting, marketing, and more.
Leverage opportunities to expand the program by identifying prospects for new locations, innovative methods, and programs that boost sales, while ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
Maintain brand integrity through diligent retail audits and reviews, and monitor performance across various locations.
Work closely with different head office departments, such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to create pricing structures, promotional materials, and other collaborative initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in roles like restaurant management, retail leadership, field representation, or training and development.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Canada with flexibility to accommodate operational needs, including evenings, weekends, overnight stays, and occasionally short-notice extended travel.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering strong connections internally and externally.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to comprehend and contribute to diverse forms of documentation.
Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and allocate time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is expected.
Possession of a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
