Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Product Specialist for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This position is working onsite.
Pay rate: $52.29/hr - $63.30/hr
Rotational Shifts: Monday Friday 37.5 hours/week
Extension and conversion of contract based on business needs

Responsibilities
âProvides solutions and business advice in relation to the migration of complex services with a consistent focus on building long term client Financial Group relationships.
âAt all times, takes personal accountability for the onboarding and on-going resolution of client/service/operations partner concerns.
âParticipate in go-to-market functions including preparing client facing presentation/materials, mailers, customized messaging to be used for facing clients
âParticipate in UAT for the product roll out in order to gain deep product expertise
âYou will collaborate directly with the project coordinators and clients and serve as the primary advocate for a specific complex service and provide applicable advice and thorough onboarding support throughout the migration process.

Qualifications
âBilingual (English/French)
â5+ years of experience and strong subject knowledge in commercial payment services.
âExperience in complex migration activities
âDeposits Interest Rate Pricing
âSolid ISO 20022 industry knowledge
âProven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced environment, as this is an intense high volume transaction role requiring above
âaverage organizational skills and a proven capacity for coping with
âincoming and outgoing call / email volumes
âProven technical understanding of complex file structures, connectivity and ERP platforms.
âProject management
âExcellent written and verbal communication skills; notably the ability to straddle high-level / strategic client conversations and the technical nuances of the product platform
âStrong Emotional Intelligence in facing diverse scenarios with Customers
âCritical thinking and problem solving skills, Team work, Adaptability

Soft Skills:

âStrong verbal skills to explain complex concepts/technical terms into business friendly language
âSelf-starter and proactive
âLeadership skills
âTroubleshooting skills
ââCustomer is always rightâ attitude

Nice to Haves:

âFrench language proficiency is an asset
