We’re looking for a community‑driven leader to guide Branch employees and deliver exceptional service.
As Branch Manager, you’ll lead the branch and enhance Coast Capital’s simple financial help while improving local communities. Please note this is a "Ready Now" position. Training will be conducted at our Richmond Centre Branch. Following training, placement will be determined based on available vacancies within the Lower Mainland.
What you will
do every dayLike a super hero you will exceed your member’s expectations with their banking needs. Shake hands and build relationships with your members and the local community to establish the Coast Capital name in the local market.
Use hockey analogies to coach your team in developing sales skills, building relationships and embracing our purpose, mission, values, brand and business practices. Get a natural high from your team’s successes, whether it be achieving a sales target or helping a team member grow within Coast Capital.
Exemplify our "How can we help you?" brand while achieving sales, growth and profitability across each area of our business. Rub elbows with the General Insurance, Investments and Commercial departments to achieve our business and member experience strategies.
Create a high‑performing team by selecting, engaging, developing and retaining star performers. Oversee core branch operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, safety and adherence to policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Break out of the standard banking job and start your career with Coast Capital Savings. Who are we looking forWhile we don’t need mathematical geniuses, we do need leadership super stars who bring business strategy to life and shift words on a page to an engaging call to action.
Take pride in a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related area. Live and breathe a similar position for a minimum of 7 years with proven success in achieving business strategies in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Zen master of risk management and security compliance, deposit and lending processes.
Leadership skills honed so teams willingly walk over hot coals to follow you; coaching employees to success, growing and training individuals and rewarding and recognizing employees. Master of helpfulness.
Multi‑tasking prodigy, efficiently prioritizing and organizing what needs to get done with high attention to detail. Ability to hang your Mutual Funds license on your office wall.
Local market knowledge key for business development. Presentation skills wow anyone attending.
