Role Design, develop, test and implement systems for BI reporting and analysis. Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards or other tools. Data integration support. Prepare and maintain BI reporting and analysis. Handle BI and database systems administration while managing a timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Manage upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting of BI systems. Manage the ticketing system, tracking open tickets and communicating updates to end-users. Manage projects as assigned and daily tasks. Candidate Profile 2-3 years as a subject matter expert in BI technologies and tools. College diploma in Computer Science or related field (required). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (asset). Certificate in Information Technology and Business Intelligence (preferred). Power BI training (required).
